Everyone wants to look taller. Not everyone, mostly the shorter ones. It is a natural process that depends upon many factors. Sleep is very essential to reactivate your body and some hormones need sleep to activate. The essential food time may vary from age to age. Newly born and small kids require more sleep than the boy of 7-8m years. Similarly, adults need 7-8 hours of sleep.

Maintain Good Calcium and Vitamin D Intake
As mentioned earlier Vitamin D and calcium both are important components in the growth of bones. So you must take foods having both of them to maintain a balance of both. Sunlight is also essential as it is the best source of vitamin D.
