Everyone wants to look taller. Not everyone, mostly the shorter ones. It is a natural process that depends upon many factors. The most important factor is genetics as the height most of the time comes from the physical structure of parents. The pace of height increase may differ from person to person. From age 1 to almost 22,  the child goes through many phases of growth. Initially, in many cases, it is slow and afterward, it increases. Sleep Well

Sleep is very essential to reactivate your body and some hormones need sleep to activate. The essential food time may vary from age to age. Newly born and small kids require more sleep than the boy of 7-8m years. Similarly, adults need 7-8 hours of sleep.
